Studi analisis: kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik

This study aims to determine the location of errors made by students through a mathematical problem-solving ability test on fraction material. The subjects taken in this study were 25 students of class VI-B SDN Neglasari. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The stages of the study consisted of 4 stages, including: preparation, mathematical problem-solving ability test, data analysis and the concluding stage. The results of the study obtained that: 5 questions analyzed were included in the valid and reliable categories, for the difficulty index of question number 3 was very difficult, numbers 2 and 5 were difficult and numbers 1 and 4 were easy. Then the discriminatory power of the questions was in the good and sufficient category and in the analysis of the questions students made mistakes especially in the steps to solve the problem.
